At Erstwhile Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the exterior of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
