Antique Tiffany & Co. ring features a smooth certified cultured saltwater pearl from the Akoya oyster. A near round pearl with a light cream body and pink overtone. Set next to an old European cut diamond. The shoulders are platinum, and each side is set with three old European cut diamond accents. Made in 18k yellow gold and platinum.
