Vintage ring centering a .46 carat old European-cut diamond. With a pair of millegrain bezel-set old-cut accent diamonds, approx. .15 carat total. Within an openwork dome profile and intricate black enamel detail and in 19.2k gold. With Portuguese purity marks. Center: 9mm, band: 3.1-3.7mm. Circa 1945.

Some enamel rings aren't so wearable, but this one with the black enamel deep in the carved relief gives it some protection.
