Vintage ring centering a 1.01 oval-cut diamond with GIA stating its I color, VS2 clarity. Flanked by a pair of bezel-set baguette diamonds, approx. 0.2 carat total, mounted in platinum. Center: 7.5x6.8mm, band: 1.5-2.8mm. Circa 1940.
Oval-cut diamonds are a bit trendy right now, but we can't keep our eyes of the subtlety of this one. Set in a classic mid-century profile, but with a uniquely elegant twist.
