Antique ring centering cushion sapphire of approx. .70 carats with GIA stating it is Cambodian with no heat detected. Flanked by 4 oval sapphires approx. 1.20 carats and single-cut diamond accents, approx. .40 carat. 18k yellow gold. Center 9.4 x 18.5mm, shank: 2.75 - 3mm. Circa 1900.
