Vintage sapphire and diamond ring centering two step-cut sapphires of approximately 1.70 carats total, with GIA report stating that they are natural. Amidst a frame of 22 single-cut diamonds of .53 carat, with trios of smaller diamonds on the shoulders. Set in platinum. Circa 1920.
