This Art Deco ring set with an old European-cut diamond weighing 1.63 carats with GIA certificate stating the diamond is H color and VVS2 clarity, within a calibré-cut sapphire and diamond leaf design mount. Set in platinum. Signed Wm Barthman No. 4439, Circa 1920
